Spaghetti Squash

We have tried a few dishes with spaghetti squash, but this recipe from Bentobloggy is my favorite (so far).

Sauteed Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Peppers

Notes: A great way to prepare spaghetti squash. We cooked the squash for longer than noted in the recipe, but left it somewhat crunchy. So yummy!
